How to Find Advice

Free Internet Access Points:

If remaining on-line for long at the moment is awkward, you may like to use one of the free web access and e-mail points that are dotted around the Cambridge area.  These are provided by Cambridge Online.

The Citizens Advice service offers free, confidential, impartial and independent advice.

Cambridge CAB, along with most Citizens Advice Bureaux, is very busy and we are unable to offer direct help to all who would like to use our services.  We know that trying to reach us by 'phone can be frustrating and we are currently working to improve access in this direction.

However, there is a lot of information on-line, especially in the Citizens Advice 'Adviceguide' (link at top of each advice page) and at www.direct.gov.uk, which may solve your problems without the need to visit, phone or e-mail us.

Please use the links in the boxes above (or lower left menu) to get information on-line.

If you still need our help after following this route, e-mail forms are included, where appropriate, or you can contact us directly.

Advice via e-mail:

If you cannot find an answer to your enquiry online you are welcome to use the General Advice Request Form, below, to get advice by e-mail ...

... but, please follow the appropriate link instead, if your enquiry is about one of these topics:

Please note that we are able to advise only people living or working within the area we cover.
