Press release - Cambridge CAB
7 July 2009
Cambridge CAB 70 years old

Cambridge CAB will be celebrating its 70th Birthday in September
and is looking for anyone with memories/connections over the
last 7 decades to get in touch.
They will be collating a history of the organisation but it is
always interesting to have recollections from real people –
volunteers, staff and clients.
If anyone has any information please contact Chrissy on
07747165345 or email
christinee@cambridgecab.org.uk; or you can join our
facebook
page and become a friend of Cambridge Citizens Advice Bureau.
The Citizens Advice service is an independent charitable
organisation that helps people resolve their money, legal and
other problems by providing information and advice and by
influencing policymakers to make changes to unfair policies and
practices. The advice provided by the Citizens Advice service is
free, independent, confidential and impartial, and available to
anyone regardless of race, sex, disability or nationality. In
the year 2008/2009, Cambridge CAB dealt with approximately
40,000 enquiries from clients.
