Our people

Expertise and experience free of charge

At Cambridge & District Citizens Advice we rely on a team consisting around 65 experienced volunteers and 30 paid staff.

Many of our volunteers have worked with us for a number of years. All volunteers receive extensive training often taking up to 18 months to complete. However, not all volunteers become advisers. Some become receptionists, administrators, IT or media workers. Our Board of trustees are also volunteers.

Together we are able to provide those who live or work in Cambridge City or South Cambridgeshire with vital advice and information services.
