The aim of the Stay Well this Winter Campaign is to mitigate the risks associated with cold temperatures and winter weather on the health and wellbeing of vulnerable groups, especially those living in cold homes or in fuel poverty crisis.
National Consumer Week is a yearly campaign which aims to raise people's awareness of specific consumer issues. This year’s campaign will focus on raising awareness of consumer rights when shopping online, and what people can do if something goes wrong. It will take place 16 - 22 November.

Help us spread the message that scams are crimes that can happen to anyone and that we can all take a stand to help stop them. There are actions we can all take to report them, share stories and raise awareness of scams to safeguard ourselves and others.
The Stop Loan Sharks helpline service remains open and fully operational during the COVID-19 pandemic. We encourage not only victims but friends, family members and the wider community to come forward if they suspect someone is suffering at the hands of loan sharks.
