We need to record information about you to help with your enquiry. When you click on the 'Email for advice' link below, our Client Agreement will open. Please give us as much information as possible, so that we can answer your question quicker. We usually aim to respond within three working days.

Contact us by phone

We have a number of ways you can contact us, particularly if you are unable to visit us and see an adviser face to face. There are 3 separate phone numbers:

  • the main advice line
  • the Universal Credit line and
  • the line for general enquiries.

If you are calling us for advice:

Call us on our Cambridge Adviceline. The phone number is 0344 848 7979.

Our phone lines are staffed from Monday to Friday. You can call us any time between 9.00am - 5.00pm. We don’t use a call queuing service, so please try again later if your call isn’t answered.

There's also a dedicated line for advice about Universal Credit (UC) that you can call for free: 0800 144 8444.
