On Monday 12 June, a team of staff and volunteers from Cambridge & District Citizens Advice Bureau took part in the Cambridge Legal Walk and raised so far £695 to fund the CAB’s advice services.

The team completed the 10km walk through Cambridge, organised by the Eastern Legal Support Trust to raise money for free legal advice charities in Cambridge and the Eastern region. Other organisations that took part included Ashtons Legal, Eversheds LLP, Hewitsons, Irwin Mitchell and Taylor Vinters.

We’d like to say a big thank you to Aleks, Carolyn, Caitriona B, Janine W, Michael D, Richard C,  Richard Y and Julian A for taking part in the walk and fundraising, and thank you to everyone who made a donation. Thanks to your generosity, we raised an impressive £695 to fund our advice services.

If you’d like to support the team, it's not too late – you can make a donation to Cambridge & District Citizens Advice Bureau on Virgin Money Giving. Any donation, no matter how small or large, will help us to support people in Cambridge and South Cambridgeshire who can’t afford to pay for legal advice.
