National Consumer Week is a yearly campaign which aims to raise people's awareness of specific consumer issues. In 2020, this takes place on 16 - 22 November.
Buying something online?
As part of this year’s National Consumer Week, we’re raising awareness of what people’s rights are when shopping online, and what you can do if something goes wrong.
Being able to buy things online has a lot of benefits in so-called 'normal times' but is especially useful during this time of crisis in 2020. However, it’s important that we all know how to shop online safely, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Visit our campaign page Your rights when shopping online to find links to useful information, including how to shop safely online and avoid scams.
