We ask clients for feedback on advice given a month after their visit. We are very grateful for this feedback as it helps us to improve our service and know what we are doing well.
Here are the findings from this year’s client feedback:
- Nearly all our clients (96%) said that they would recommend the service to others
- More than 4 out of 5 (83%) said that the advice was ‘Good’ or ‘Excellent’
- 2 out of 3 (66%) felt that they would be more confident in managing a problem themselves after seeing us.
