Our Adviceline is often very busy and you may have to wait in a queue or call back at less busy times such as afternoons.
Calls to our adviceline are answered by our trained volunteer advisers. They will ask you questions about you and your situation to determine the best advice for you. They will explain your options so you can make your own informed decisions about your situation.
We aim to resolve your issue when you call us but we may advise you to take some action and then contact us again. After talking to you, we may believe it is best for you to come for a pre-arranged appointment at our office or one of our community locations.
